Onsite Training Partners becomes AMK's newest training channel partner October, 2005
AMK is pleased to annouce that Onsite Training Partners (OTP) has signed as an AMK channel partner to resell AMK's Nortel solution training and professional services.
OTP offers training from the following vendors: Microsoft, IBM, Java, Cisco, Citrix, Oracle, Novell, Comptia, Linux, SAP and specialized areas such as VoIP Services and Network Security. "OPT is a well established and well respected training organization in the United States. Our core focus is customized onsite delivery and OTP is a natural fit with AMK.", says Micheal Dine, President of AMK.
Through this channel partner agreement OTP is now able to provide services and training for the Nortel product line.

AMK Hires Ken Joseph as Director of Sales July, 2004

AMK Delivers Industry First Software Configuration Passport 8300 course to HRSDC May 15, 2004
As part of AMK Networking Technologies' commitment to leading the market with relevant and ready courses, they delivered an industry-first course for Nortel's premiere Layer 2 Routing Switch Passport 8300. AMK is the exclusive training partner for HRDC, now Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) as they employ new technology. This is a six year training partnership. The Software Configuration for Nortel Networks Passport 8300 course was delivered in French to a select group of technical implementers for HRSDC to excellent reviews. AMK Achieves Vendor Status with Bell Canada March 31, 2004
AMK announced an agreement with Bell Canada/Nexxia to supply all of AMK's services and training curriculum. "Now that we have achieved official vendor status with Bell Canada, we are able to reach a wider marketplace. For Bell Canada, this enables their sales force to offer an alternative training solution to their customers," said Micheal Dine, Network Architect at AMK Networking Technologies. Under this agreement Bell Canada has full access to all of AMK's training curriculum, mentoring programs, and professional service organization.
AMK Annouces Industry First Bootcamp Courses February 1, 2004
AMK announces the release of industry first courses - Boot Camp for Nortel Networks Enterprise and Nortel Networks Design for Ethernet Switching. As Nortel's products are proving their robust, flexible, resilient capabilities, AMK has developed training to support these products. AMK created this series of courses to deliver a unique approach to the standard Nortel training. Human Resource Development Canada, now the Department of Social Development (mandated with breaking down barriers to equality of opportunity for Canadians) and The Department of Human Resources and Skills Development(responsible for providing all Canadians with the tools they need to thrive and prosper in the workplace and community), have selected Bell Canada and AMK Networking Technologies to replace their current infrastructure and provide professional services. AMK is responsible for delivering the training currriculum to ensure that both departments have the necessary product skills to implement and support the new infrastructure."Once again, we see the customer determining that certification is not the key to success; it is the learning and retention. Canadian House of Commons Selects AMK in a multi year deal December 5, 2003
The Canadian House of Commons is an organization repsonsible for providing services to all the members of Canadian Paliment and their support staff throughout Ottawa and across Canada. The House of Commons selected AMK, as part of a proposal to replace their current infrastructure. AMK will deliver a comprehensive set of professional services and Nortel product training for the duration of the design, implementation, and support of the new network infrastructure.
