- Assign a single point of contact at our company to contact regarding vendor service
- Ensure your contract covers all components of your network at the appropriate level of service;
- Explain the terms and conditions of the vendors contract and provide information on accessing all the services you are entitled to;
- Confirm with the vendor that the contract is properly set up for complete access;
- Confirm the appropriate parts are properly stocked at the vendors depots;
- When required, assist with expediting and escalating cases opened with vendors and ensure the proper level of visibility and technical support is provided;
- When required, track and ensure delivery of RMAs;
- Ensure proper WEB access is available for you and your colleagues for software downloads, case management and other vendor specific information;
- Advise you of any changes to maintenance and service programs that the vendors may implement from time to time;
- Advise the vendor of any changes that you make to your network to ensure that parts are added or deleted from your contract and stocked accordingly.
We have the knowledge, experience and contacts at the vendors that enable us to ensure your satisfaction when is comes to service enquires and issues. We are available to assist you at any time throughout your contract. We do not aim to replace your vendor support but rather to enhance it.
